Lingoda Sprint Schedule: A Checked Two-Month Planning Example
Count the required dates before choosing regular or Super Sprint
For the October 2026 cohort, regular Sprint requires 15 qualifying classes in each 30-day promotion month. Super Sprint requires 30 in each. Both allow only one class per day; regular Sprint also caps attendance at five classes in a Monday–Sunday week.

That makes the two options very different scheduling commitments. Regular Sprint can leave days without class. Super Sprint’s 30 classes across 30 dates effectively require a class every day, subject to the rules’ provider-caused cancellation exception. Do not choose it assuming you can catch up on weekends.
The dates and limits below come from the October cohort rules, checked October 12, 2026. They are not a reusable calendar for another promotion.
A regular-Sprint example that actually totals 15 plus 15
This example places one class every other day. It is a count-checked plan, not a claim that these lessons are available or that the times suit your life. Dates must be interpreted using the time zone Lingoda applies to your attendance record.
| Promotion month | Example class dates | Total |
|---|---|---|
| October 20–November 18 | October 20,22,24,26,28,30; November 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17 | 15 |
| November 19–December 18 | November 19,21,23,25,27,29; December 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17 | 15 |
Across this complete example, no date has two classes and no Monday–Sunday week has more than four. The week that crosses the promotion-month boundary must still be counted as one week: November 16–22 contains classes on November 17, 19 and 21.
The final unused date in each month is not a guaranteed rescue day. If you miss a booked class, the rules governing absences and reward eligibility still apply. Unbooked dates make advance planning easier; they do not create permission to erase a missed attendance with an extra class.
Why “three classes a week” is not a complete plan
Three classes in each of four weeks totals only 12, short of regular Sprint’s 15-class month. Promotion months also begin and end partway through calendar weeks. A weekly habit can help, but it must be checked against actual dates and the separate monthly count.
Build the calendar from the promotion boundaries outward. Mark your unavailable dates first, place the required classes, and count each week across the month boundary. If a date moves, recount both the promotion month and the affected Monday–Sunday weeks.
Protect the full class, including the difficult weeks
Choose a slot you can attend from beginning to end, rather than one that works only if a meeting finishes early. Include travel days, late shifts and household obligations. Review time can be flexible; the booked live class cannot.
For a morning slot, test whether you can be awake and speaking before work without rushing. For an evening slot, check whether the class overlaps a regular family commitment. These are personal constraints, not reasons to assume a particular time is best for everyone.
If your only available slot has no suitable classes at your level, “24/7” marketing does not solve the gap. The October rules explicitly do not guarantee your preferred time. Look for real bookable alternatives before committing.
Keep time-zone changes visible
Use a location-aware calendar, especially if you move between US time zones or attend across a daylight-saving change. Check the displayed date as well as the hour when booking an overseas evening or early-morning class.
The cohort’s enrollment deadline uses an ambiguous CET label; the dates guide explains what to ask Lingoda before relying on a US conversion. Do not infer the attendance-day boundary from your laptop’s current clock alone.
Change a booking before it becomes a problem
The October cancellation window is at least 168 hours before class, or the immediate 30-minute window after booking. A calendar alternative is most useful while you can still cancel correctly. After the deadline, do not assume deleting an appointment preserves its credit or reward status.
Keep a simple record with class ID, date, time zone, promotion month, booking status and attended status. If work regularly prevents you from protecting a full hour, Flex may be the more workable commitment. If the calendar fits, use the preparation guide to keep equipment and review manageable.
