What the October 2026 documents say

The named October rules PDF and Sprint landing page therefore cannot be summarized as one consistent Super Sprint promise. Ask which reward applies to your exact order and keep the response with the checkout summary and contract. We have not received an order-specific clarification.

A cash reward and an award of class credits also have different value. Section 3.5 says the cash reward is returned in the original currency and to the original payment method, with class credits used if that method is no longer available. Section 6.3 separately refers to credit rewards and extended access. Confirm any choice between cash and credits in your order rather than treating those provisions as a universally available option.

Eligibility depends on qualifying attendance and the rest of the rules

The October agreement requires 30 classes in each promotion month for Super Sprint or 15 in each for regular Sprint. Classes must be qualifying group lessons attended in full. The daily limit is one; regular Sprint also has a five-class weekly maximum.

A total lesson count alone is not enough. Using the wrong credits, attending outside the dates, missing part of a class or violating a payment provision can affect eligibility. The rules guide identifies the specific clauses and the separate exception for provider-caused class failures.

Leaving room in a calendar can help you choose available classes in advance. It does not allow you to miss a required class and automatically restore reward eligibility later. Do not buy extra credits or double up lessons as an improvised recovery plan.

When should the reward decision and payment arrive?

For the October cohort, section 6.1 says Lingoda will email eligibility within two weeks after the December 18 end date. Section 6.2 sets payment no later than 45 days after that end date. The credit-reward provision also uses a 45-day limit.

The PDF describes notification by email; it does not provide a detailed universal self-service claim procedure. Monitor the account email, keep the message and follow instructions that actually apply to your reward. If no decision arrives within the stated window, ask support for the status with your cohort and account details.

If eligibility is confirmed but payment is missing, give support the confirmation date and original payment method and ask for the payment reference. A promised payment is not the same as a completed refund on your account statement.

Withdrawal refunds follow their own conditions

The general terms, section 8 describe a 14-day withdrawal period and a proportional charge for services already supplied when performance began at the customer’s request. The public FAQ also describes a 14-day Sprint withdrawal window from signup. Check the agreement you received and state clearly if you are requesting withdrawal.

After that window, deciding the workload is too heavy does not by itself cancel the two-month payment commitment or create a completion reward. Likewise, stopping post-Sprint rollover is a separate cancellation action. Use the cancellation guide for the official routes and confirmation checks.

Should the potential reward influence your choice?

Only after the teaching format and full cost already make sense. Consider the practical failure case: you pay the contracted amount, attend useful classes, but do not qualify for cashback. If that would make the course unaffordable, the financial risk is too large to dismiss as motivation.

If you can afford the full price and protect the attendance schedule, the conditional reward may be an additional benefit once its terms are clear. It is not evidence of a faster learning outcome.
